What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the map to a zone or continent that you're not currently in
2. Right-click on an existing note
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a drop-down menu to edit or delete, and if TomTom is installed, to add a waypoint
Instead, the menu flashes and goes away.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No log is produced

The menu works at the zone level if the map displayed is for the zone you're in.
The menu works at the continent level if the map displayed is for the continent you're in.
It began to happen just after installing a new version of TomTom, a couple weeks or so ago. I'm pretty sure it was prior to the WoW 4.0.6 patch.
TomTom author says it may be because of the version of AstroLabe used.
