preparing version 1.6.0 - complete Cataclysm compatibility:
- new DB format
- nodes shared between realms
- support for maps with multiple levels (Dalaran, Orgrimmar)
- better node context menu showing the name of the vendor you've clicked on
- TomTom: temporarily disabled, until figured how to connect the new Cata-data with TomTom's old interface
