- Added variables to HTConfig for all 'auto info responder' (air) messages, plus associated getters and setters.
- Tokenised all UI display text in HTGUI to support proper internationalisation going forward.
- Added new tab to HT Config window to allow editing of 'air' messages.
- Added 'refresh air messages' function to HTConfig, callable from config UI.
- Added support to BuffMonitor for the Crystal of Insanity buff, aka: Visions of Insanity at Mists flask level.
- Added several debug calls to RMS functions for later use in refining output levels on live server.
- Updated default RMS message.
