The dropdown menu modifying code has been duplicating raid marker setting options on target dropdowns for a while now.  Not sure why it's in there or what that menu used to look like years ago when it originally went in, but commenting out the relevant area.

Bumping ToC, haven't run across any issues and I don't believe any further 5.1 updates are necessary.  (Well, there is the issue of taint caused by using dropdown menus, I think?  Same as many other addons...)
