Frame Decimal Values #619

    Would it be possible to allow for decimal values when configuring a theme's frame width and height values? This is to allow for more fine grained control over the overall size of the panel.

    Umm, the x,y numbers in the configuration are in physical screen coordinates (well, only if not windowed mode is configured), so it does not have sense to use decimals.

    Not referring to the positioning of the panel, referring to the size of the individual raid frames size. Also the current version supports using decimals, which works 100%. Would be sad to not have this in the next version.
