There is a bug with Lifebloom and showing duration. I've tried creating custom Indicators for Lifebloom, and even moving it to different spots on my Grid2 frame, but no matter what I do each time I reloadui or relog, "Show Duration" is always unchecked for my Lifebloom indicator. The countdown works perfectly and it even changes colors per stack size correctly, but I have to get into the config every time to re-check "show duration". I have no clue why it wont save that option, I've even deleted my Grid2 saved variables and tried again and the same thing is happening.
Could you try using a different name than the one proposed by Grid2 for your indicator ? I think your issue is related to two indicators having the same name (and overwriting each other configuration).
Its actually an init issue. On startup the config stuff gets read in and overwrites the AceDB values. The discussion in the defaults thread would lead to a fix for this.
Having the same issue with Renew and Prayer of Mending. Reload removes the duration "checked". It's saved in the WTF Grid2.lua but doesn't seem to be read properly on init.
This has been fixed in r301, as well as other Tickets related to the "duration" option for Text indicators.
