What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clean install of latest r230 build
2. Log into a priest character
3. Click your way through grid2 options, status->buff->buff-renew-mine
4. Chose to put the Blink Threshold at 2 seconds
5. Throw a renew, verify it blinks
6. Log out
7. Log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I excepted grid frames with blinking spells
I got an Error frame and a completely black grid frame

Please provide any additional information below.
Note that it is not only Renew that is affected, but also Prayer of Mending and Power Word: Shield, and perhaps more spells that I have not tested myself.
