What version of Grid2  are you using (Version is displayed in General/About Tab) ?  3.3.15

love the AddOn, thanks for your hard work.

Is there a way to add the Arcane Empowerment from Magister's Terrace to the filtered Debuffs (like Exhaustion etc.). I am contemplating adding another debuff slot for this Dungeon alone, since AE is blocking 1 slot the whole dungeon.

Not possible, debuffs are secret in midnight so addons cannot filter the displayed debuffs.

Blizzard did an exception only with some sated like debuffs, the only debuffs that can be filtered out are:
