Is it possible to include an option to filter out self-castable debuffs, such as cheat-death debuffs?

I tried adding well-honed instincts to the sated list, but that didn't work. Maybe you know of a way to get it working.

No, because most debuffs are secret. The only debuffs than can be filtered out are the non-secret debuffs listed in the sated list.

If the defaul blizzard raid frames are not displaying those debuffs you can try enabling the "Get debuffs from blizzard unit frames" filter in the debuffs settings.

Why is Blizzard like this? :(
