The Brewmaster Monk's Fortifying Brew and Guardian Druid's Survival Instincts are not showing up in the defensive buffs.

In midnight addons filtering options were severe limited/removed, so the list of buffs considered defensive now is decided by blizzard,  not by addons. 

In beta blizzard added an extra filter for defensives buffs,  that should display more buffs.

In live prepatch you can goto status > buffs > defensive , and enabled the "Get defensive buff from blizzard frames", this will display the same big defensive buff that blizzard default frame is displaying.
