Would it be possible to add the icons from type of debuff blizzard also use eg Bleed, Magic, Poisen, Curse ?
Would be nice if we could place and icon on the frame, as and addition to the health colored by debuff type (dispellable )

I have to decline this request,  this would need a resource expensive trick in midnighth, and anyway displaying an icon is much worse than changing the color of the border, the health bar or a simple square indicator: an icon uses too much space in the unit frame that can be used for other important information.

Proof, no one in 15 years asked for a icon for the debuffs types ;)

Having said this, the requested icon behaviour  can be replicated in the current version using this trick:

I just saw that blizzard added the icon, and also other party frame addons (cell and danders) have the option, so i thought it maybe could be an option.
