i have selected  indicators  / buffs-icons / and selected buffs relevant

I am a  resto druid and when i press rejuv i see the rejuv icon but when i press rejuv again 
the rejuvination (germination) icon is not showing

In midnight blizzard decides which buffs are relevant or not.

You can enable the "Get buffs from blizzard unit frames in Statuses->Buffs-> Relevant settings, this option will gather the buffs from the blizzard default frames, 

But If your germination debuff is not displayed even in the blizzard default frames, neither can grid2.

The only possible way to display those buffs is to enable the  "Display All buffs" option, but then a lot of non relevant buffs are displayed too.

i had it on buffs that are relevant and when i change it to Buffs from Blizard unit frames Then it gets shown.  

Yes,  because  the relevant buffs displayed on the blizzard raid unit frames are different than the buffs provided to the non-blizzard addons.

Blizzard is displaying a more correct list of buffs in the default raid frames, but  giving an incorrect list of buffs to the addons.

This is the point of the "Get buff from blizzard unit frames" option, its  a trick to gather/steal  the buffs from the blizzard raid frames instead of using the blizzard official method (that is broken and it is giving incorrect information).

And this is not the default option in Grid2 because it is a trick that can be blocked/fixed by blizzard at any time,
