Im running the last version of the addon for Midnight pre patch.

I used to use Grid2 in TWW because it was the only addon that allowed me to have a party group with two columns. That is, as if I were in a raid. One column with three players and another with two. With the new version of the addon, I can't do that, but if I import the old profile, it looks fine.

When I select that I want a maximum of 3 players per column, a new column with 2 players (the rest of the group) does not appear.

Please! I know you have a lot of work with the addon, but that feature is the only thing that allows me to play comfortably, because that's the layout I've always used in WoW and no other addon or Blizzard supports it, only you.

PD: Why not use the old profile if it works? Because it doesn't show me any buffs/debuffs.

That part of the code was not changed for midnight. So maybe you are not configuring correctly your new profile.

I can review your profiles to look for the differences.

You can send me/post your profiles here, to export your profiles to text format goto General/Profiles/Export&Import (remember to enable the Include custom layouts option in the export profiles section).

After fiddling around a bit, I fixed it by changing the view from “group” to “role.” The only way to do it was to right-click on the mini-map icon and change the “layout.” If this works, I'm good! I don't think it's necessary to add profiles at this point.

The minimap icon is optional, you dont need the minimap icon to change that setting. All settings exist in the grid2 configuration window.

You can change the active layout  in:  General -> Layouts -> By Group Type
