I use Boss grids on MoP but when I try to use it on SoD, I went to layouts and cannot find a option to Display boss frames....is there anyway to have it there? 

Also another request is, possibility of having castbars for 

1. boss frames indivisual each one

2. target frame

3. focus frame

would be awesome!! if we can have cast bars for those, cheers.

for castbars I guess something from weakaura would be fine, but do you recommend any?

Focus frame does not exist on classic vanilla versions.

Vanilla classic versions have no boss frames, or at least it had no boss frames where they where first released.

Last updates for classic added the boss frames widgets but i think  they are not used in bosses: I doubt blizzard decided to spend resources on old classic bosses, adding new features like boss frames.

If you can confirm me that blizzard UI is displaying boss frames on these old content, i can enable the option to display frames in the addon configuration.

No actually I don't see any boss frames when I go to raids on my SoD character, thats why I was hoping to enable them on grid2, but I guess I'm gathering from your msg is that grid2 depends on blizz ui boss frame which doesn't exist like you said.

But in my MoP UI i do have blizz ui world boss and I can enable grid2 boss frame too, but there's one problem is that when I enable grid2 boss frame I cannot hide the default blizz boss frame there, just like I do with target/target of target and player etc.
