    I would like to inquire whether it is possible to adjust the role order in the "By Role" group configuration from Tank>Heal>DD to Tank>DD>Heal.

    You have to create a custom layout:

    Goto General/Layouts/Editor

    Create a new layout.

    "Group By" option  select "Role"

    "Rolers Order" section. select the desired order.
