What is the nature of the defect?

#1 Pressing "Create" creates Scroll Of Stamina III instead of doing the mill
#2 Queuing a mill then pressing the Mill Cinderbloom x1 button on the queue pane does the mill, but the task doesn't decrement the queue
#3 Hitting "Queue All" produces the following error:

On a related note, it seems that the rest of the addon involving the milling of Cinderbloom borks as well.

Example: I'll go buy stacks of Cinderbloom, the addon tells me I can make 55 Blackfallow Inks, I queue them up, then it wants me to go buy Whiptail from the AH equal to what would be required to get enough pigments to make the 55 Blackfallow queued.
