slaren:
    - cooldowns: fixed possible error
    - fixed update queue being cleared while in combat
    - castbar: remove OnUpdate handler while not casting
    - fixed typo
    - added update queue to prevent updating every time we leave combat
    - cooldowns: updated spell description parser to handle @spellicon and @spellname, used in some warlock spells
