DR, Options, Tags, Classicon
DR: Switched to DRList instead of self-maintained DRData.
Cooldowns: pet cooldowns should be detected.
Tags: Added unit, index0, index1 tags.
Options: Can now disable glow. Added internal option to disable duration
display, but not available as an option to the user (yet).
Classicon: Cleanup up the default icon list.
