vendethiel:
- Add self-hide option
- Update cooldowns, add some missing ones (kicks and some other DH cooldowns). Fix some minor issues, like displacement adding a charge to shimmer.
- Change some cooldown timers depending on the spec. Some traits reduce cooldown of some spells (paladin bubbles, etc), take those into account.
- Fix interrupt buff modifiers detection (some buffs reduce the duration of kicks, those were improperly detected).
Note:
There is a known bug with "show dispellable debuffs" on party members. That's being looked into.
