I see nodes for Bloodpetal Spores but not for Un'goro Soil, which is much more useful to locate. I was doing the quest Bungle in the Jungle and Questie showed the soil nodes until I collected enough needed and then they disappeared, so you could initially populate the data with that from Questie, if it's not already in your regular data source. 

Uncommenting line 322 in Constants.lua reveals the nodes on my minimap. I'm not seeing any nodes on my main map and I have visibility enabled, plus visibility for treasure. I don't see bloodpetal spore nodes, either.

I also needed to uncomment line 788 to enable display soil.tga on the main map.

I deleted the comment chars for those two lines and in the settings the Un'Goro Soils are now avaliable, but neither the minimap nor the world map shows nodes for the piles.
