    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Have a char with Inscription
    2. the 20 hour cool down is not shown

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest, r129

    I am aware of this and am working to find a solution. The same occurs with the Alchemy Research. For some reason the code is not detecting the cooldown.
