FuBar_DurabilityFu: If auto-repair is turned off, you'll get a staticpopup at repair vendors now, also removed all the code that repaired inventory items, since RepairAllItems() repairs inventory as well now.

FuBar_DurabilityFu:
 * Remove the popup completely, if you want to see the repair cost before repairing, just turn off auto-repair and mouseover the fubar plugin or the "Repair All" button at the vendor.
 * Only show repair cost in tooltip if it's > 0.

FuBar_DurabilityFu:
 * Show repair costs for friendly/honored/revered/exalted in 2.3.
 * Remove the faction checking stuff, just show everything
 * Don't print "nothing to repair" if auto-repair is on and your gear is at 100% when visiting a repair vendor.
 * Tweak defaults to autorepair and not show the popup.
