    - Added the ability to move sections around on the tooltip by right-clicking their headers.
    - Alphabetized localization entries.
    - Removed unnecessary if check.
    - Code formatting fix.
    - Added nifty new highlight texture since LibQTip now supports doing so.
    - Preemptively set the color for "Garrison" since there is no zone by that name; it would always show as gray.
    - Added client type entries for BNET_CLIENT_APP, BNET_CLIENT_CLNT (Whatever that is...treating it the same as APP for now.), and BNET_CLIENT_HEROES.
