FlagRSP2
FlagRSP2 is an AddOn for World of Warcraft that allows players to add additional information about their characters into the game. It is designed to support role players and allow others with MSP compatible AddOns to easily see if the character is a role player or is even in character. Characters can be fleshed out with additional names, titles, and detailed descriptions.
FlagRSP2 is a continuation of flagRSP 0.5.6 by Flokru. FlagRSP2 is a completely new code base designed to be more efficient and play well with other AddOns. As of 2.5, FlagRSP2 uses the new Mary Sue Protocol to communicate, and no longer uses chat channels.
If your FlagRSP2 copy is OLDER than 1.5.x you should delete the FlagRSP2 directory first!(The Curse Client will do this for you if you use that.) Copy the "flagRSP2" folder into your World of Warcraft AddOns folder. Before selecting your character and entering the game other MSP RP AddOns such as MyRolePlay must be disabled to prevent conflicts.
If you really like this AddOn and would like to help support it, there are a couple of things you can do. You can help by providing clear bug reports that try to accurately describe the problem and screenshots are helpful. Submit your trouble ticket here.

Posted May 2, 2007If you are experiencing errors about line 1,375 or close to that then try updating to the developer version. Another RSP type AddOn out there change its handling and is causing errors for FlagRSP2. http://www.nonamestudios.com/flagRSP2_files/flagRSP2_1-3-0DEV.zip
It has some unfinished work as show in the options, but that can be ignored for now.

Posted Apr 26, 2007i downloaded the newest version but what do i do now? nothing appears to have changed. how do i access options box and such? should there be a button next to the minimap? if so its not there.

Posted Apr 25, 2007Version 1.2.11 will be out soon with a few bug fixes and changes for some unknown stuff. Plans are in the works to make the description pop up into a scrolling box and remove the necessity for the word limit cut off option.

Posted Apr 19, 2007Khaixiii; Open the FlagRSP2 options, move the role play slider, and close. It is a bug that happens on some initial installations and upgrading. Silly, but on the list to be fixed.

Posted Apr 9, 2007For every one that uses the crapalicious Windows XP ZIP file extractor, there is a new version of the ZIP file put up that should solve your problems, but it would be better to get a quality archive manager such as WinRAR.

Guitaraze; Look in the options.
Serena13, Robotchicken, and Hangar; Make sure are copying the FlagRSP2 folder and not the FlagRSP2 folder that is inside the MACOSX folder.
Dominioness; Friends list is a great feature and I have said in the past, if I get the time, I will work on it.

Posted Mar 27, 2007is there a way to change the colour coded display for the toolbar? or maybe have it display default blizzard ones? the ones that there are for this mod are very contrasted and it hurts my eyes to keep looking at them.
