New fail: Fail_Sindragosa_MysticBuffet
Report when any raid member allows the Mystic Buffet stack in Sindragosa P2 to go above a configurable threshhold. This is extremely valuable when doing the "All You Can Eat" achievement (Defeat Sindragosa without any member of your raid receiving more than 5 stacks). Defaults to reporting at 15 stacks.

New fail: Fail_Valithria_EmeraldVigor
Report when any raid member allows a stack of VDW's Emerald Vigor (healer) buff from the dream to fall off (rolling stacks across dreams is required for heroic mode)
