What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Enalbe the mod login and the mini-map button for tracking disapears
2.  Logout disable the mod, mini map button for tracking appears and works
3. also tried to disable the EBB mini map icon and it didn't help

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to use the mini-map tracking button
Was not able to use the mini-map tracking button

No does not produce an error

I do not use any min-map replacemnts and I use titan panel.... not fubar saw some responses with issues with fubar figured I'd mention this.

Since EBB provides a bar for tracking, too, it hides the default minimap tracking button. This has nothing to do with the icon for EBB that is shown at the minimap if you aren't running FuBar, FuBar2Broker and such.

Check EBB's options and you'll find "Hide Minimap Tracking Frame" active. Just deactivate it and the default minimap button should show up again.
