The weapon oil "Thalassian Phoenix Oil" (rank 2) doesn't appear to work on my current r226-alpha version. It kind of worked on the legacy versions, but it showed the name of the weapon and not the name of the oil.
Showing the temporary weapon enchantment instead of the weapon name was a feature of EBB2.
The new AuraContainers from Blizzard currently don't allow for this though it's on our wishlist, and (partially) listed as coming in 12.1.5 though not on PTR, yet.
Why it doesn't show for you I currently can't test; once the group settings are in, soon, it will likely become easier. Maybe for some reason your enchantments group broke.
Do you think it would help if I sent my settings-file to you? I'm not sure if I can do that through a private message on this site, or if I would need your email (sent via private message).
Also, at what point would I rather just fully re-do my EBB settings after you're done with this modernisation of EBB? That's probably a question only I can answer, one day, but it feels like I am finally heading in that direction.
My weapon oil actually does show but if I have it applied, I get this LUA error on every login:
6x .../Blizzard_ObjectAPI/Mainline/AsyncCallbackSystem.lua:76: attempt to call a nil value[Blizzard_ObjectAPI/Mainline/AsyncCallbackSystem.lua]:76: in function 'FireCallbacks'[Blizzard_ObjectAPI/Mainline/AsyncCallbackSystem.lua]:35: in function <.../Blizzard_ObjectAPI/Mainline/AsyncCallbackSystem.lua:31>

In r229-alpha, the oil won't even show anymore :( (still works in r228)
Should work again in r230 😅
Yes! Now I can see the oil again and don't get any LUA errors. Thank you!
Hmm, the duration still disappears sometimes but so far I couldn't figure out what triggers it.
I think the disappearance of the duration is triggered by loading screens. It is visible when I log in, then as soon as I take a portal or use a HS, it's gone. The bar is still there with the name of the item but the duration is not shown.
As of today, the LUA error is back again (and the duration still keeps disappearing).
