I've been using this great addon for a long time, and using ElvUI too, but as of v4 and above of ElvUI, Elkano's Buff bars doen't hide ElvUI Buffs anymore... Any help to make it compatible ???

The Authors on ElvUI forums told me this, if it can help:

"It was rewritten in ElvUI v4 to use SecureAuraHeader. Nothing we can do about it on our end. If you don't want the Buffs and Debuffs module, disable it. That will also remove the Consolidated Buffs box on the right side of the minimap."

PS: Both ElvUI & EBB are up to date and using WoW 5.0.4

EBB only has an option to hide the default Blizzard buffs. Based on author's comment you posted ElvUI has its own buff display, so of cause EBB doesn't hide it (since it doesn't even know about it). But like the author said, you should simply disable ElvUI's buff module.
