Initial set of band-aid fixes for 12.x

Many features have been disabled for now, this is not represented in the settings though.
This includes mainly filtering, sorting and overriding.
Times are hard formatted in pure seconds (with tenth of a second), since Blizzard's SecondsFormatter isn't ready, yet.

Behavior on Classic version should be unchanged.
