I often change twinks (all in one guild). It would be nice, if the guild chat log would be global for all chars. Sometimes it happens that some text is posted in guild chat when I'm logging out and switching to another toon. Being able to read the guild chat log from the other char would be very helpful. I was able to change the addon to just put evething in one log (using "global" instead of "profile" / "char"), but having an option (per char, per channel, ...) would be better.

Working on adding a per-character (not per-channel) option to share logs.

This is a new option in 10.0.5c. It allows, on a per-character basis, to choose to share the logs with other characters that have that setting enabled, or not. No copy from/to shared logs is currently supported, but might be something that is implemented in the future if requested (please file another issue if you think this is useful!).
