    Adding CHAT_MSG_RAID_BOSS_WHISPER and updating strings.

    - Many chat logger options now use the default Blizzard wording
    - Fixed long time bothering naming of BN whispers
    - Adding CHAT_MSG_RAID_BOSS_WHISPER and CHAT_MSG_RAID_BOSS_EMOTE to list
      of messages not logged during combat.
    - Removing handling of CHAT_MSG_BATTLEGROUND and
      CHAT_MSG_BATTLEGROUND_LEADER.
    - Updating SortTable to do actual sorting, and safely.

    Not sure how to do the sorting correctly in other languages. Works for
    western alphabet, will have to figure it out for other languages.

    Not loggin of monster origin events while in combat
