    Removing ElephantDBPerChar, which has been unused for some time.

    This is due to the fact that AceDB actually saves all data, including
    per character data, at the server level, as otherwise it would be
    impossible to copy other character data to the current profile.

    While this isn't directly used by Elephant, it's still good practice to
    keep it this way for potential future improvement.
