DrDamage:
- Death Knight support is in. Values are still somewhat inaccurate, so please don't flood me with reports on this issue unless you can pinpoint the EXACT reason for the inaccuracy!! Sigils and Glyphs are currently unsupported.
- Small change to Rogue's Killing Spree. Should now reflect 5 separate hits, rather than total damage in one clump.

DrDamage:
- Fixed Improved Insect Swarm's Starfire bonus to apply when Moonfire is active, rather than Insect Swarm.
- Apparently Wrath of Cenarius' damage bonus is additive rather than multiplicative.
- Hopefully fixed the Rogue's Fan of Knives error.
- Added rating conversion calculation for levels above 70 (a huge thanks to Whitetooth for figuring the math out!)
- Upped unknown target levels (to a level 70+ player) to default to 83 rather than the old 73, thereby correcting hit calculations on end-game bosses.
