    With the launch of 10.1, Shaman's can now remove poison debuffs using the Poison Cleansing Totem.  There is currently no built in detection or on use button to drop/use the totem when needed.

    I've just released a new alpha version with this spell added as well as the proper detection of improved Purify Spirit.

    Can you test if it works as expected? (I do not have a shaman to test this.)
