[FR] Need a Whitelist instead of Blacklist #242

The blacklist feature is good but we need a whitelisting feature. The specific use case is that I want to add a custom spell- Recombobulator. This is easy enough. The problem is that it tracks ALL Magic debuffs, despite only being able to cure Polymorph. I want to blacklist all spells except Polymorph for Magic.
