After the wotlk prepatch hits, my decursive is not showing dispel magic anymore, even with the latest update released for 3.4 its still not working. I tried re-installing, I also tried manually adding dispel magic and it still wont work properly.

I am having the same issue on my priest. 

I am also having this problem on my priests and I believe it is related to the Curing Options window. The only thing checked is 1 Disease, and I am unable to check any other options.

I too am having this issue. Has anyone figured out of this is an addon bug or in-game configuration?

it seems that when you learn rank 2, rank 1 is no longer known, if the command above also returns false then there is a bug in WoW...

You can also try to add 988 directly to your custom spells in Decusive's option panel and see if it works

To me it looks like the issue is that in the "Curing Options" priests cannot select "Magic". I think it's not about spell recognition...

The workaround with manually adding 988 to the Custom Spells list works atm.

I tried manually adding Dispel Magic in custom spells, it only detect magic on me, not on my teammate.

Would there be a difference if I add 988? I see its totally the same..

I would give it a go, it works in party and raid for me adding 988 instead of the spell name.

@archarodim just wanted to let you know that it worked fine before the WotLK update i kept using the last BC version wich had no issue with Dispel Magic.

With adding 988 as a Custom Spell it works.

Also as of today/yesterday i am able to select Poisons in the Curing Options.

But i am priest so no Poison Curing from me :)

@matthew02270 did you select the all the correct debuff options when you added the custom spell?

@ValPalrada can you send me the result of the chat command /dcrdiag ? (if you have the body and soul talent you can dispel poison on yourself)

The last BC version has the exact same code as the current one concerning dispel magic, there is no reason for it to work differently. It might be a newly introduced bug by Blizzard since no other class is having similar issues
