Hi sorry if its me being noob, but i tried all sort of mouse/clicks conbinations, and im unable to move the "Decursive Text Anchor".

I found how to display it: Messages > [x] Decursive Text Anchor

But then I Dont know how to move, and this is critical as /framestack shows big rectangle area, which  disallows me to click on mobs while playing.

You need to display the decursive bar with its button next to it, when these are displayed, you can move it or maybe you can also move it by maintaining ALT pressed while you drag. (take a look at the tooltip when you mouse over the MUF's handle)

You misunderstood my question, on screenshot bellow I would like to move "Decursive Text Anchor":

Oh sorry, I completely forgot about this text anchor, it's fixed in the latest alpha I just released.

It stopped being moveable a few years ago after some API changes from Blizzard...
