It appears from a quick look that all that needs to be done to fix this is to change how the addon checks against the WOW_PROJECT_ID.
Changing Dcr_DIAG.lua#L606 to

DC.WOWC = (WOW_PROJECT_ID == WOW_PROJECT_CLASSIC) or (WOW_PROJECT_ID == WOW_PROJECT_BURNING_CRUSADE_CLASSIC)
 

got the addon working fine for me, as far as I can tell.
