 Hello, I am a classic paladin healer currently raiding naxxramas and I'm having issues with "Mutating injection" showing up on decurse frames to dispel it

its classified as a disease yet it does not show when someone in my raid is affected by it. i don't have the ability on my ignore list and its been difficult figuring out how to add this affliction or if it doesnt show because technically its a buff under wowhead classic pls help before next friday if possible?

Unfortunately if it is disguised as a buff the current version of Decursive will not be able to pick it up. This is probably an anti-Decursive buff or by design. By searching, I found that back in 2006 this debuff was a debuff and was actually added to a skip list so that it would not be displayed by Decursive because cleansing it would create a poison cloud around the dispelled player that could wipe the raid... This skip list does not exist anymore. But the current guide says that the cloud is still triggered upon cleaning:

 Mutating Injection applies a Disease debuff to a random player in the raid that deals Nature damage over time. When the debuff ends or is cleansed, a new  Poison Cloud will spawn on the ground and start growing in size. This means that players hit with the Mutating Injection need to move away from the raid and position their poison cloud in formation.
