- 12.1: Spells that were available but no longer are were still registered for the sound effect and triggering it.
Solution: check that the type is enabled AND that the spell is currently available
Also add an assertion to test that no spell ids are associated to several types at the same time.
#retailOnly - 12.1: Restore Decursive pre-12.1 scanning when auras are not restricted
This will restore the LiveList functionality when auras are not fully secret (at least in the open world outside of combat)
Add encountered debuff to the history when mouse-hovering the MUFs (will be used to auto-register new debuffs)
