    Bump versions

    Label as up-to-date for the current WoW release, and change the addon's
    versioning scheme to relate to game version.

    Loop through markers

    As a conseuquence, existing world marker and target markers will need to
    be rebound.

    The target markers aren't showing up as their icons in the keybinding
    menu, I need to investigate.

    Massively streamline project structure
