- Add Crystalline Geode, Elementium-Coated Geode, Perfect Geode containers (Dragon Soul drops).
- Modify the openable item detection code so it's locale-independent.
(makes it easier to add future containers without hardcoding strings)
- .toc update, compatible with Hour of Twilight (4.3)
