I've been trying for an entire morning to configure the Scourge of Worlds Bar, well, it seems it's not working. I've tried everything, every opcion and still It does not appear anywhere. 

Is that bar not working propperly? or is there any "hidden" option i've not seen?

I would really apreciate I could track the Scourge of Worlds :)

Hi, I just tested it and it worked for me.  You have to be Unholy and have the Scourge of Worlds artifact trait, of course, but otherwise the only configuration would be under the Features section where you can turn it off and on with a check box.  It is a tan-colored vertical bar beside the main rune frame.  It shows the duration based on the debuff put on the target when it procs.  That proc / debuff should show up on the target if your UI is configured to show it.

In addition to the ability to turn it off and on, there are settings for the appearance of most bars.  If you click the plus sign next to Compact Runes on the left side of the addon options, it expands and you'll see Layout and Colors.  Layout lets you override the position and size of a bar.  You could move it anywhere on the screen although that will break up the compact display.  Under Colors you can change the color of the bar.  The tan color was based on the dominant color in the icon of the spell but you can change it there if you wish.  Both the bar color, the background / fill color, and the text color.

I'm not sure what else to check other than setting under Features.  If you think you may have changed any of the Layout or Colors settings, you may want to check those too.
