Talryn:
    - Fix issues with CDs (PoF, Garg, and UF).
    - * Turn off some code when disease strength tracking is disabled. * Revert the damage modifier change as it is more complicated that that. * Add some debug code to test the damage modifier cases. * Fix issue with combat rating update.
    - Remove the damage modifier from disease strength calcs.  The game appears to factor this into the damage without re-applying.
    - * Add T15 4 piece DPS support. [Needs testing] * Hide the Bone Shield Bar if not in Blood spec.
    - * Add experimental Bone Shield Bar. * Add option to set threshold by percent or fixed amount. * Fix bug where some procs are not disabled by turning off Procs. * Add Gargoyle and Unholy Frenzy usable as procs. * Make FF, BP, DT, and BC Bars user movable. * Force update of auras when entering world.
    - Fix error with during startup.
    - Change Rune Background from a toggle to three options.
    - Add options to control the rune background.
