What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open collectinator for pets
2. filter to see unowned only
3. look at the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should not see Guild Herald and Guild Page, because I already have them both. it should be in exclusion list.
I should not see Gold Mini Jouster because I have Blue Mini Jouster (if you pick up one, you cannot pick up another). it should be in exclusion list.
I should not see moonkin hatchling for horde, because I am in the alliance. (I didn't check fraction checkbox).

Um.. Guild Herald and Guild Page.. there's 1 version per faction..so you see it still because you have the faction filter checked showing the opposite faction's version of the pet ....

The opposite faction moonkin hatchling pet will not show if you have the faction filter unchecked...i know you said you didn't have the faction filter checked but i just tried it and it worked for me.. Are you sure you set your filters correctly? If you still think it's not showing the stuff correctly, please take screenshots on your end showing the list and filters to show what you have set, but like I said, it's all working fine on my end.

I just have to add to this also, as I know that blizz will be adding a achievement for 150 companion pets in the future, and i know that you can obtain 150 now, with out the trading card game pets, Collectors' Edition pets, and Special Event Pets.

So when filtering out those, I know that the list is either inaccurate or missing pets, because for me it says I'm at 105/135. Which is not true in both aspects, as i have 125 pets. Although checking special events i do go up to 107, which is understandable, as 1 is the core hound pup, but the other is the perky pug, which is mislabled and should be under the Achievement type.

But either way, the list is missing at least 13 pets.

If Collectinator is missing pets that you have then it would tell you in your chatframe when it scans your pets.
