What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just open my toy tab and click on "Analyze"
2. collectinator open and i have no names

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have all descriptions and locations but no names.

What version of the product are you using?
The latest, 6.2.3.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

I delete the addon and i reinstall it, no change, i try many times with or without deleting my personnal information.
Before this latest version, i have all names and no problems with this addon.

That's an odd error.. Usually that only pops up when the items aren't in the panel, and are retired.. But I've been careful that that hasn't happened recently. Its possible you're not getting information from the server about those items?

Can you try reinstalling the previous version? See if that works?
