    - Converted applicable pets and mounts to use the Retired method.
    - Added a color for RETIRED, and fixed the existing color for WORLD_EVENTS
    - Added code to handle dumping Retired()
    - Added collectable_prototype:Retire() and an entry of “RETIRED” in private.ACQUIRE_STRINGS
    - Cleanup.
    - Populate private.acquire_list directly from private.ACQUIRE_STRINGS rather than doing it piece-by-piece in a loop within collectable_prototype.AddAcquireData
    - FilterPanel.value_map cleanup
    - Cleanup.
    - Fixed the dump for empty sources.
