This is an addon to create timers for your own buffs and debuffs.

General

player bars on left, target in middle, focus on right, all can be moved

To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target.

Only icons and time can be shown if you don't want bars.

The text can be customized in the options by using, "%s for spell name", "%a for applications", "%u for unit name eg target or player", "%n for mob name"

This mod is set up with AceLocale so anyone who wants to add other locals feel free :)

If you want other textures for the bars, get the AddOn SharedMedia.

Note: When adding values in the files, double parentheses are necessary on the last item in a table because it contains all the values from the function call and we only want the first one.

I'm a DK, I use ClassTimer to see my deseases on the target, but now after the new patch it shows me all deseases of every DK who's striking the target. I want to see just my deseases how can I do? There isn't an option to fix it.
Can anyone help me?

Having the same problem. I switched spec to blood just because i couldn't time my unholy rotation well not knowing which diseases were mine.

And yes, I am using the latest version found on wowace and not Curse.

with patch 3.1 All DoTs are shown exemple 2 shadow priest = 2 VT 2 SW:P 2 DP ... In the past only I was shown .. if you could work that little "problem" it would make tracking easier for everyone that brings 2 or more of each class !

Hey, I use this all the time, a great way to keep track of my dot's and so on.
But there is a rather annoying problem that should be fixed =)
With the patch, a new glyph came for Pestilence which refresh Blood Plague and Frost Fever. The problem is that it seem to think it is a new set, and then show double up, but just sometimes. A bit hard keeping track when you have two Blood Plague and Frost Fever on your bars and don't know which one is real.

I have tried the below fix and now instead of giving me errors, it just doesn't display any tracking bars at all. What else can I do?

just because the addon is "out of date", does this mean it cant be used anymore? i still only need the addon for the exact way i was using it pre-3.1

wene i am targeting a target and i have other dks in the raid there debuffs are showing up on the target as well and i only wont mine to show up how do i fix this

vvv is that to add an ability that can be tracked using classtimer? because i also need to make the new hunter ability Black Arrow trackable. if those instructions are to do that, it wont let me open classtimer.lua, it tells me windows needs to know the program that created the file. what should i do?

Just download notepadd++ to open the file. You can use the windows notepad but it's not the best to use if you want to change the configuration yourself.

Even quicker fix for 3.1:
open ClassTimer.lua, search for

if duration and duration > 0 and self.db.profile.Abilities[name] and isMine then

and replace with

if duration and duration > 0 and self.db.profile.Abilities[name] and isMine=="player" then

There will be 2 lines that need replacing.
