    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Target a player who is crafting something

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I should see what the person is casting/crafting but no cast bar appears.

    What version of the product are you using?
    3.4.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No errors.
