Protect against addons that override the Show method. This is specifically to protect against oUF, but will work in general if other addons use the same insane method.

Prevent other addons from modifying event registrations. This ensures compatibility with addons that try to disable the Blizzard cast bars by unregistering events.

Implement some simple counter-measures, making it more resilient to other addons attempting to move around the frames or sub elements of the frames. This includes, but is not limited to CT_Mod, Skinner and Titan bar.
Fix a bug that caused errors when the standard target/focus castbar on the blizzard target/focus frames were enabled.

Add configurable bar color. The default color is now "medium blue" instead of the standard yellow.
Make the non-interruptible color slightly darker (0.7 -> 0.6).
